Breidabliks Nubbe wins Graf Kalman Hunyady at Krieau, Vienna

Today’s Krieau Vienna featured Graf Kalman Hunyady Gedenkretten (purse 25,000€, 2600 meters autostart, nine entrants) went to 5.7/1 odds upsetter Breidabliks Nubbe (6m Lindy Lane-Wildgirl Boshoeve) timed in 1.13.9kr under rein to Marc Elias.

The Conrad Lugauer trainee is owned by Breidabliks Hast AM and today raised his career earnings to over 218,000€. The 3/10 favorite Orlando Jet (5m Orlando Vici-Chicolina) was second for Rudolf Haller and Stall Team Neuhof. The 1.4/1 favorite Unreal Boss (5f Maximus Lindy-Light Lady-Baltic Bet) rallied wide around the final bend and wore down the leaders for a 1.19.2kr victory for trainer/driver Veljko Mazsity and owner Hico Versneyistallo.

This quick mare now has five wins in eight starts in 2018. Uptown Boy M (5g Cigar Dan-Malhana Serey-Malhana Sascha) was second for Emil Csordas and Trencsen (6m Ata Star-Eperjes-Witsend’s Speedy) took the third spot for driver Istvan Papp.
