The 2/10 odds harness racing favorite Ivoire Prestance (3m Prodigious-Quelle Prestance-Buvetier d’Aunou) won today’s Cagnes sur Mer featured Prix de Vichy (purse 45,000€, 2925 meters for three year olds, the LeTrot Open Regions and Prix Journal Paris-Turf).

Christophe Martens reined the four for four undefeated colt for trainer Vincent Martens and owner Joseph Vanduffel. The winner now has career earnings of 45,000€. Race time was 1.17.7kr.

The 5.3/1 Ingrid Turgot (3f Un Mec d’Heripre) was second for Nicolas Ensch and trainer J,P. Ensch. Third was 29/1 It’s Easy (3f Prodigious-C;est Facile) with Gwenn Junod up for breeder/trainer Louis Baudron and owner Amandine Baudron. Fourth was 54/1 Indye du Chene (3f Charly du Noyer) for J.Ch. Sorel, trainer J.P. Ensch and owner Claude Guedj.

The aforementioned trainer Louis Baudron won a pair on Sunday as the Cagnes sur Mer Winter Meet came to a close. The Prix de Rome Tor di Valle (purse 44,000€, 2925 meters, European 7-11 year0olds) went to 1.5/1 Ecuriel Jenilou (7g Village Mystic-Melode Jenilou) timed in 1.13.4kr for reinsman Gwenn Junod, trainer Louis Baudron and owner Nicolas Baudron. This was the winners’ 15th career win now for 296,980€ earned.

The 24/1 Derby du Dollar (8m Rodrigo Jet) was second for David Thomain followed by 4.8/1 Bleak d’Arjeabe (10g Prince d’Espace) with Nicolas Ensch up. Ecuriel Jenilou was the leading money winning equine at the Cagnes Winter Meet.

In the Prix de Florence (purse 45,000€, 2925 meters, five year-olds) Baudron’s trainee Godfather (5g Village Mystic-Horsacs) took the Prix de Florence (purse 45,000€, 2925 meters, five year-olds) clocked in 1.14.2kr with Nicolas Ensch up for breeder/trainer Baudron and owner Mauricette De Sousa.

This 9/10 favorite won for the sixth time in his career now good for 172,330€ earned. 2.4/1 Gaia Olmenhof (5f Ready Cash) was second for Christophe Martens and 46/1 Gordon Flash (5n Village Mystic) was third for trainer/driver Yannick A. Briand.
