Used To Me, Love You and Quaker Jet, all members of the Hars Des Trotteurs’ sire roster, left important juvenile winners in Australia recently.

Used To Me, a Group winner in France and Victoria, was represented by the two-year-old gelding Dont Care, who notched his fourth success in a heat of the Vicbred Super Series at Maryborough, and the two-year-old filly She Sailz, who completed back-to-back wins at Ballarat.

Used To Me has sired four individual two-year-old winners from his third crop.

The champion European sire Love You produced two ‘new’ winners on the same card at Maryborough on December 14 in the colt Love Gun and the filly Meadowvalley Lover, while the Love You two-year-old gelding finished a close third in his heat of the Vicbred Super Series.

Maestro and Meadowvalley Lover both qualified for the $100,000 VSS Finals at Melton on New Year’s Eve.

Another recent two-year-old winner was Quick Quaker, a product of Love You’s richest son Quaker Jet who posted his second success at Globe Derby Park.

Quaker Jet’s star three-year-old filly Imamaorijet led from end-to-end in a Vicbred Super Series heat, with Electrojet a close third, while Cracker Jet finished runner-up in his heat in the second fastest time of the day.

Orlando Jolt NZ and Just Believe, both four-year-olds and members of Orlando Vici’s amazing first crop, saluted at Albion Park (twice) and Kilmore respectively.

Orlando Vici is ranked second on the All Aged list for average earnings per starter with $21,808, behind only Monarchy ($29,910).

To round a successful month, the Love You three-year-old gelding Love N The Port scored his second win from three attempts at Winton, New Zealand.
