YONKERS, NY, Friday, December 6, 2019–Arthur 'Zeke' Webb, whose 50-year career as caretaker extraordinaire is coming to end in a week or so, was honored Friday night (Dec. 6th) by his Yonkers Raceway harness racing paddock cohorts.
'Zeke,' who was profiled in the past few days, found himself summarily feted in a crowded (and cold) Raceway's winner's circle. Horsemen and racing officials stopped by to recognize 'Zeke' with a congratulatory sign and plaque.
"I'm very grateful to everyone who came out," Webb said. "It means a lot to me."
