Thursday June 20 was a terrific day for Bolinda harness racing trainer Brent Lilley who brought up three winners for the day - a double at Charlton in the afternoon and one Geelong in the evening.

Eight year old Sands A Flyin/Tell Laura gelding Flyin Interstate was the first to arrive, taking the Charlton 2020 Project Claiming Pace over 2100 metres.

Starting from inside the second line, New Zealand concessional reinsman Kyle Marshall soon had Flyin Interstate away from the markers travelling mid-field in the running line.

Moving three wide solo in the final circuit, Flyin Interstate sustained a long run to score a 4.6 metre victory in 1-58.4 over Cullen Hanover which followed him home, with Sarum Prince third after leading from the bell.

Christian Cullen/Madusa Franco gelding Shifty Shivas with Nathan Jack in the sulky, snared the Buloke Times Pace Final for those that qualified in the heats held at the Donald HRC fixture on June 10.

Settling last from the extreme draw, Shifty Shivas raced three wide solo for the last lap, before outstaying his rivals to register a 4.9 metre victory in 2-00.2 from Ruby Slippers along the sprint lane and Another Ayjay which led.

Classy Courage Under Fire/Rigaleto Franco filly Courageousnquick resumed in the 7th Heat of the Empire Stallions Vicbred Super Series for Three Year Olds over 2100 metres at Geelong and scored easily.

With regular reinsman Rod Petroff in the sulky, Courageousnquick speared across the face of the field from gate five to lead effortlessly and was untroubled in defeating Rogers Passion (four wide home turn from three back the markers) by 6.4 metres in a rate of 1-59.7, with Brite Spark Lombo (three wide last lap) third.
