Alabar Breeders Seminar at Bathurst Friday

Alabar bloodstock will again be holding their annual Breeders Seminar at Bathurst on Friday 14th September 2012. The seminar will be held during the race meeting with the first race to commence at 6.27pm.

The evening will highlight management and breeding techniques available and will also introduce Mr Feelgood and Big Jim to the breeding barn. John Coffey will discuss the information that is available to breeders via the different harness racing websites. Dr Kath McIntosh will also be attending and will be discussing aspects of breeding management and foal abnormalities. Darren McCall will also be attending the seminar and will be discussing his time training in the USA and Canada.

As part of the Harness racing action, Bathurst Harness Racing Club have programmed two mare races. The first is for mares from CO to C1 and the second race is for mares C2/C3. Mares are important part of the racing industry not only for their performances at the race track but also for the progeny that they nurture.

This seminar is the only one being held in NSW so please come along and enjoy an evening of harness racing action and breeding information. Finger food will be provided so please call the club on 02 6333 5000 to book your seat.
