The Kiwi's made it two from two for the night when harness racing millionaire stallion Auckland Reactor registered an easy victory in heat six, no doubt putting a smile on the face of Mark Purdon watching back home.

Many expected the speedy Has The Answers to burn across the face of the field from gate seven, however that theory went out the window when he raced rough and galloped as the start was effected. This allowed Auckland Reactor to stroll to the front from gate three, crossing the pole marker Fast Play who immediately eased to take a trail.

With quarters of 30.6, 28.8, 28 and 27.4 for the last mile, Auckland Reactor without any pressure being applied, coasted to the wire 2 metres in advance of Mr Feelgood who spent most of the race in the open after originally lobbing three back in the moving line from gate six, with Can Return Fire (one/two) running home strongly to fill third place a nose behind Mr Feelgood. Hesa Buzzin finished fourth and Fast Play fifth.

The son of Mach Three ran the fastest mile rate of the night 1-55.3.
