With Montrell Teague in the bike, Bluebird Reverend came from off the pace to catch leader Tough Mac with I Love My Boss also flying down the lane for his second straight victory this meet for trainer Bob Reeser who owns the Indiana champion with Holly Case, Denise Dennis and Jay Johannsen. A four-year-old altered son of former Matron Champion Swan For All-Little Revenue, the win was his 10th of his career for the $280,214 lifetime winner. Iron Mine Branch's Bull Investor trained by Greg Haverstick with George Dennis driving his second winner won his third in a row taking a $9,500 trot for young horses in 1:57.
A pair of impressive win streaks came to an end during the program. Leigh Raymer owned and trained Master Builder (Callahan) snapped an eight-race win streak by Ragazzo Dolce (Morand) in 1:54.4. Dash For The Cash (Tony Morgan) out finished Ragazzo Dolce for second money in a $15,000-$20,000 Claiming Handicap trot.

A strong contender is Bonuccelli and Breakaway racings’ Black Aquila A with Ross Wolfenden driving.
Tom Kemp’s Fire In The Belly (Jim Morand) leads a host of challengers that includes Mike Casalino and trainer Dylan Davis’ Four Staces, Good Bet racing for Ed Gold and Ben Stafford from post 9 in the second tier.
