Also at Enghien was the Prix de Bagnolet (purse €56,000, 2875 meters, 12 monte starters) and 2.8/1 Adorable (6g Prince Gede-Ostiana) piloted by David Thomain and trainer Thierry Duvaldestin. This winner was timed in 1.16kr in defeat of 34/1 Azur des Couperies (6g Prince de Montfort-Fanette du Terme) with Eric Raffin up with 13/1 Almarok (g Norman Jet-Malice Marana) third with Mathieu Mottier aboard.
At Saint Galmier this evening the Prix de Bellegarde En Forez (purse €32,000, 2600 meters autostart, 16 European starters) went to the 1.14kr timed, 10/1 odds Monas Invercote (7f Viking Kronos-Monas Speranza) with J-H Andersson up for Swedish based trainer Svante Bath. 31/1 Ugo des Jacquots (8g Mood West-Elisa des Jacquots) ended second for trainer/driver Serge Peltier ahead of 37/1 Venezia de Mai (7f Prodigious-Ismie de Tesse).
The Prix A.S.S.E (purse €22,000, 2650 meters, 13 starters) at Saint Galmier went to even-money favorite Crazy Dream (4g Repeat Love-Daisy Chain) owned by Ecurie D and piloted by trainer Yves Boireau. This Jean-Pierre Dubois bred performer is from the mare Daisy Chain (1991 foal by Speedy Somolli-Kravotte-Caprior). She’s the dam of 13 money winner from 16 foals including five in excess of US$100,000, led by Kaisy Dream (by Extreme Dream) with US$1,144,827.
