The much anticipated Gr. III Prix de la Mayenne (purse €105,000, 2700 meters, nine starters) went to 4.6/1 Baltic Charm (5m Password-Ilikova) with harness racing horseman Eric Raffin driving. Sebastien Guarato trains this winner for owner Philippe Uzan and the victory increased Baltic Charm’s earnings to over €195,000. 67/1 Steven del Ronco (5g Ganymede-Ina Effe) took second with third to 26/1 Bambina Magic (5f Nuage de Lait-Rive Magic). The hot 0.5/1 favorite Bugsy Malone was a misque’d disqualification as was Boeing du Bocage. Saphire Bi (5f Conway Hall-Valley Jean Bi) was fourth for David Thomain and fifth was Savannah Bi (5f Ganymede-Dakota Bi)

Bilibili (5m Niky-Quetty du Donjon) was an impressive winner in the Gr. II Prix Gras Savoye (purse €120,000, 2700 meters, eight monte starters) timed in 1.13.9kr for Alexandre Abrivard. L.Cl. Abrivard trains the Jean Pierre Barjon owned homebred winner, now with over €523,000 earned. Best Of Jets (5m Magnificent Rodney-Plume Jets) was second for Francois Lagadeuc and Biscuit Delavera (5m Ludo de Castelle-Neva du Rosier) was third for Clement Frecelle. Be Mine de Houelle was fourth. Fractions were rated (1.15.7kr at the 1500 to go mark; 1.14.1kr at the 1000, 1.14kr at the 500).

The Prix de Montauban (purse €65,000,2700 meters, 12 starters) went to 45/1 Coup de Poker (4m Coktail Jet-Tacticienne) reined by owner/trainer Christophe Gallier. He increased career earnings to over €114,000 with the victory timed in 1.13.4kr. The fractions were 1.14.8kr at 1500 meters to go; 1.13.4kr at the 1000 and 500 posts. Cash Maker (4g Coktail Jet-Salt Lake City) was second for trainer/driver Sebastien Ernault  as 1.9/1 favorite with third to 54/1 Crin Noir des Baux (4g Que de t’Aime-Perle des Baux) and P-Y Verva. The 2.6/1 second choice Cupidon du Vivier (4m Love You-Odessa du Vivier) was fourth for Eric Raffin.

The Quinte+ (jackpot €3.2 million) today at Paris-Vincennes was the Prix de Mende (purse €50,000, 2700 meters, 14 starters) and 2.9/1 Bakchich (5g Quopeck-Paix de Villeneuve) recorded the 1.13.8kr victory for Tony Le Beller. 5/1 Bel Urzy (5m Coktail Jet-Perle d’Urzy) took second for Alexandre Abrivard, trainer L.Cl. Abrivard and Antonio De Sousa. Bicolore (5g Look de Star-Oranica) was third at 8/1 and 4/1 Boccaccio was fourth. Be Bop Meslois ended fifth at 11/1.

Ugo On Wood (8g Nuage Noir-Madone On Wood) was an impressive five length winner as 9/10 favorite , all the way on the front, in the €85,000 purse Prix Vivier de Montfort/Paris-Turf over 2700 meters for 11 monte performers. Leo Abrivard teamed the winner, now with five straight wins and €391,000 earned. Ugolin du Maine (8g Hugo du Bossis-Oriane de Maine) took second for Mathieu Abrivard at 9/1. 73/1 Utopie Imperiale (8f Kepler-Joie Imperiale) was third in this contest ahead of Virgious de Maza. Timed was 1.13.2kr off even fractions (1.13.9kr at 1500; 1.13kr at the 1000; 1.13.1kr at 500 to go).

At Nantes the Prix du Souvenir (purse €25,000, 3000 meters, 16 starters) went to the 1.16.1kr timed 17.5/1 odds Vintage Dream (7g Password-Ida Bourbon) for Etienne Dubois. Philippe Moulin trains this one for Ecurie Victoria Dreams. 20/1 Vadro du Parc was second ahead of 116/1 outsider Venus Barbes.
