At 16/1 another Bergh trainee, Rico Follo (8g Gentle Star-Effi Follo), was second for Pierre Vercruysse and AB Trop Och Smahus. 2.3/1 Shiraz Brodde (7g Love You-Stephanie Brodde) was third for Christophe Martens, trainer Vincent and Ecurie Olof Brodin AB. The top three are Sweden owned.
The Vincennes Tuesday monte feature was the Prix Pictor (purse €42,000, 2850 meters, 12 apprentice jockeys) with victory earned by 10.5/1 Alezane d’Urzy (6f Oiseau de Feux-Jepee) for F. Prioul clocked in 1.14.1kr. 20/1 Urva Visais too the second spot some four lengths back.
The Tuesday feature at Baden-Vienna Austria was the Prix Usain Bolt (purse €8,000, 1609 meters autostart, 10 starters) with easy victory to quick clocked 1.11.4kr winner Romi Mms (6f Turbo Sund-Goldy LB) at 1.6/1. Mitja Slavic teamed the winner for trainer Marko Slavic Jr. and Scuderia Equine MS SRL. 7/1 Charles de Gaulle (8g Jag de Bellouet-Courina) was second for trainer/driver Rudolf Haller, ahead of 1.9/1 Vrai Lord (7m Meaulnes du Corta-Orleady) with trainer Gerhard Mayer up for Stall Antonshof. Ecurie D bred this one. The Self Possessed mare Ready del Sile was a miscue dq with Joze Sagaj up.
Atout du Lerre (6g Oakwood du Closet-Haquikmie) with Stephane Cingland the trainer/driver took the Wednesday Cavaillon featured Grand Prix de Trot de Cavaillon (purse €30,000, 2600 meters, 12 starters) clocked in 1.15.1kr over an off track. This even-money favorite bested 11/1 Apere du Midi and same odds Broardo, Christophe Martens the pilot.
