Braden made in three-wins in-a-row with 1:54 harness racing triumph in the $15,500 3,4,&5-Year-Old feature pace on Saturday, Dec. 17, at Dover Downs.

Jon Roberts drove the Bobby Glassmeyer owned and trained Braden, who won for the third time this year, all at Dover Downs, in the last Saturday feature race of the current 2011-2012 season. The Arts Chip-Tammy C Tresa gelded three-year-old arrived in the Glassmeyer barn only last month and has won each of his three starts. Intrepid Hall (Daryl Bier) was runner-up with Sometimes Regrets (Ross Wolfenden) the show finisher.

Matt Kakaley won three races. He drove Cam B Zipper, owned by Howard Taylor, Allen Kaplan, Rojan and LA Express stables to a 1:53.4 victory, then guided veteran trotter Jabez for Housewives Of Delaware in 1:56.2 before driving Arty Foster’s Devil’s Ivy to a 1:53.2 victory. .

Allen Davis and Jim Morand had driving doubles while trainer Wayne Givens haltered two winners.

There is now no live racing on Fridays and Saturdays at Dover Downs. Sunday racing begins at 5:30 p.m. Monday post time is 4:30 p.m. The traditional One-Week Holiday Break starting this Tuesday, Dec. 20 – 25, Christmas Sunday, there is no live racing until the following Monday, Dec. 26.

Simulcasting of top harness and thoroughbred racing and NFL three-game parley wagering daily from 12 Noon until 12 Midnight in the Racing and Sport Book in the Colonnade.
