The 25/1 outsider Cekai (7g Quitus du Mexique-Paillota de Cyn) score with relative ease timed in 1.14.7kr with Franck Nivard aboard the Florent Lamare trainee that is owned by Ecurie J.P.F. Larime.
The 18/1 Carmin (7g Jag de Bellouet) took second for Bjorn Goop and third was 3.3/1 Titanium Gar (7g Daguet Rapide-Lady Killer Gar) with trainer Hugo Langeweg Jr. driving. 14/1 Cactus d’Yvel (7g Jasmin de Flore) and 2.5/1 Champium Dore (7g Prince Gede) completed the top five, with the Q+ exact order payoff for winning 2€ ticketholders of 63,878.00€.
On the program was also the Prix de Coulommiers (purse 38,000€, 2700 meters, 11 three year olds) with the victory to 1.2/1 favorite Galilea Money (3f Bold Eagle-Uturn Money) reined by trainer Jean Michel Bazire breeder/owner Yvan Bernard. Garde Rapprochee, a Prodigious filly, was second for owner/trainer Julien Dubois and Gavotte du Prat (3f Meaulnes du Corta) was third for Matthieu Abrivard. Race time was 1.18.2kr.
Other interesting winners on the card were 44/1 Fleur de Lyus Delo (4f Quaker Jet) clocked in 1.15kr for Pierre Vercruysse, 3/2 Elissa Berry (5f Rocklyn) in 1.13.9kr for Jean-Michel Bazire,
Race favorite at 1.4/1 First Class (4f Texas Charm-Ida Bourbon) timed in 1.15.9kr in a monte contest for Eric Raffin and breeder/owner Jean Philippe Dubois, and 5/1 Formi (4m Tucson) reined by Eric Raffin timed in 1.13.8kr as he defeated Fligny (4m Coktail Jet).
