Natalie Rasmussen & Mark Purdon - look to have a strangle hold on the NZ Derby.
Isaiah - is one of Mark Purdon and Natalie Rasmussen's stongest Derby hopefuls
Adore Me - is likely to be driven by Blair Orange in next week's Easter Cup.

The All Stars team look a great chance of nailing their third straight New Zealand Derby after their stable representatives drew barriers 1, 2, 4, and 5 in Friday’s $175,000 Group One feature.

And while Messini (1), Aldo Rossi (2), and the more favoured Isaiah (4), and Alleluia (5) look set to dominate the race from their prominent barriers,likely favourite Locharburn has drawn outside them in barrier six, while Great Northern Derby winner Tiger Tara has landed the tricky one on the second-line barrier.

Meanwhile superstar mare Adore Me, who will start in C5 & Faster on Friday due to the 4YO Superstars being scrapped, is likely to by driven by Blair Orange in next Saturday’s Easter Cup as Mark Purdon is probably going to head to Sydney to drive in the APG semi finals.

In other news, Natalie Rasmussen has confirmed that NZ Derby hopeful Aldo Rossi will head to Queensland next month for upcoming Brisbane features including the Group Two Seymour Nursery Pace.
