Sal DeMario, executive director of Delaware Standardbred Owners Association (DSOA) is representing local horsemen. The HHI Dominic Frini Person of the Year, 'will go to past president, Gene Oldfield. The HHI Appreciation Award to Jerry Knappenberger, recent Ohio Hall of Fame inductee, and former Ohio Harness Horsemen's Assoc. GM, and harness horse editor of the Daily Racing Form, Derek Giwner, receives the Clyde Hirt Media award.\
