The 3/2 favorite Dream de Lasserie (6g Orlando Vici-Rumba Vinoir) took the fourth of the Gr. III Grand National du Trot Paris-Turf on Wednesday at Beaumont de Lomagne.
Race time was 1.13kr of this 85,000€ purse contest raced over 2550 meters distance handicap by 14 harness racing entrants.
The winner, reined by trainer Romain Derieux, for owner Ecurie Daidou, recorded his 18 th career win in 40 appearances, now for 282,250€ earned. 4.9/1 Cap de Narmont (7, Islero de Bellouet) was second for trainer/driver Denis Brossard, with third to 3.3/1 Canular (7g Jet Fortuna) with Franck Nivard aboard. 33/1 Vegas des Pres (10g Indy de Vive) and 23/1 Cross Dairpet (7m Quaker Jet) completed the top five in this Quinte+ race of the day.
There were 424 winning exact order Q+ tickets with each returning 1,541.20€. The Q+ pool was 3,327,144€ and total of all wagering pool on this race exceeded 7,348,000€.
