Suspended harness acing drivers John Moody, Donald Harmon, Rick Ray and Wally McIllmurray, Jr. have filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of Eastern District of Michigan Southern Division against the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB), Richard Kalm, Gary Post, Daryl Parker, Richard Garrison, Billy Lee Williams, John Lessnau and Al Ernst.

Among the individuals named, Kalm, Post and Ernst are members of the MGCB, Lessnau an investigator for the board, while Parker, Garrison and Williams are the stewards that were involved.

The suit stems from suspensions handed down by the MGCB against the four drivers in May 2010.
