Same day, same program was the Pick 5 Prix Raymond Chotte (purse €30,000, 2700 meters autostart, 16 European entrants) and this victory was earned by Beverly Boulevard (7f Quite East-Long Beach) with Yann Lorin driving for Fabrice Souloy, trainer for Camilla Vikstrom. Caen Oldeson (7m Offshore Dream-Krona Oldeson) took second for John De Leeuw and trainer F.A. Westerveld, ahead of Twin’s Fairtail (7m Orlando Vici-Mint Hornline) that Sofia Aronsson trains.Time of the winner was 1.14.7kr.
At Meslay du Maine that day was held the Grand Prix du Groupe Romet (purse €28,000, 2875 meters, 12 starters) and 4/5 favorite Azaro D’Eva (6m Lynx de Bellouet-Iomolly) prevailed for owner/trainer/driver Jean Michel Bazire. The Prix de la Ville de Luneray at Dieppe (purse €25,000, 2550 meters, 17 starters) went to 3/2 favorite Vigano Jet (7g Offshore Dream-Hippodamia) with owner Christophe Jariel up.
