DOVER, Del.--- Following two preliminary legs, the eight qualifying trotters and pacers vie in four $100,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund finals heading a powerful harness racing meet-closing program topped by a $35,000 Preferred pace and two $25,000-$30,000 Claiming paces, on Thursday (March 29) at Dover Downs. Post time is 4:30 p.m.

Serendipity Stable's Star Sapphire (Russell Foster), winner of both $100,000 freshmen titles, takes on Taylor, Lazzaro, Casalino and Davis’ Déjà vu Blue (Tim Tetrick), Vandalous (Corey Callahan), owned by Chambers, Fuqua, BCJM's and Uptown Spunk (Roger Plante), racing for Callam and LeBlanc racing's in the DSBF filly trot, the first title event.

Poliseno and Dunavant's Sky Marshall (Carlo Poliseno), a two-year-old DSBF champion, meets Super Fly (Art Stafford Jr.); owned by Raymer, Moss and Stafford's; Seafood Delight and Green's Seafood Suzie Blue (Jason Green) and Brother Kenny (Tetrick) in the DSBF sophomore colt and gelding trot final.

Outten, Lombardo and Green Racing's Go Sandy Go (J.Green); Pedal Power (Tetrick), owned by Darrell and Leah Lewis; Jeff and Dave Clark's Gracefullyforgiven (Stafford Jr.) and George Teague's Ibetyoucanwiggle (Montrell Teague) batten it out for the DSBF filly pace.

The last $100,000 final match the male pacers. George Leager bred and owned Slick Tony (Foster), the DSBF freshman champion; George and Joy Teague's Transitional Joy (Teague), JoAnn Loooney-King's Evolution Tour (Tetrick), leave from posts 1,2 and 3 respectively.

Two newcomers join the $35,000 Preferred pace- McGill, Carsey, Friedland and Triple D Stable's Normandy Beach (Jonathan Roberts) who last competed in the $306,000 Hap Hansen Progress Pace last November and Nick Surick and KDN Sable's Machtu N (Pat Berry)-take on Sicily (Teague), owned by Reg Hazzard and Legacy Racing, Major Uptrend (Morgan) racing for Nis Allen and Crissman Inc.; Wood, Dittmar, Iaquinta's Soto (Stafford Jr.), Looney-King's Little Ben (Tetrick) and Mike Hall and David Hamm's Super Imposed N (Callahan) on the regular card.

During the card, the 2017-2018 Horse of the Meet, Leading Driver and Leading Trainer presentations will be made.

Dover Downs offers a 50-cent Pick 5 wager, starting with the 2nd race through the 6th. A late daily double is carded for the 13th and 14th races.
