Changeover, who stands at Burwood Stud, on Queensland’s Darling Downs, sired winners in three different countries in the first week of October.
The Kiwi ex-pats Franco Totem (The Meadowlands) and Darkershadeofpale (Harrah’s Philadelphia) won in 1:51.2 and 1:54.2 respectively in North America.
In New Zealand, Changeover produced a winning double at Timaru with Overarm (1:57.9) and a ‘new’ winner in Kusanova, while Ticking Over led in a Changeover quinella at Dunedin.
The Changeover three-year-old filly Changeup made it five wins from 11 starts when she emerged successful in a 1:57.8 rate at Globe Derby Park, while Sir Simon won for the second time at Penrith.
Changeover has sired 63 individual winners in Australia to date this season and they have earned $1.46 million
