Ronnie Wrenn Jr. had a big night at Northfield Park on Saturday (September 29) winning nine times on the 16-race program.

Ronnie's triumphs were with Chase It Down ($7.20) in race one, Sea Rose ($4.20) in race two, On The Edgeofglory ($2.40) in race three, ER Monica ($3.80) in race five, Crystal Rei ($15.00) in race six, Faith Prevails ($3.00) in race 8, Mcdazzle ($5.00) in race 11, Star Of The West ($5.20) in race 13 and Derek Delight ($4.80) in race 16.

Wrenn won his first race in 2008, a $2,800 Billings event at the Hillsdale Fair in Michigan, aboard Artful Power.

Since breaking his maiden, Ronnie has scored almost 4,800 more times with purse earnings approaching $30 million.

Saturday is the fourth time that Wrenn has posted nine wins on a single Northfield program. It is also the fourth time that he has been only one win shy of Northfield's record of the most wins in a single card. That record was set in 1999 by Walter Case Jr.

Saturday's stellar performance is also one win shy of Ronnie's personal best of 10 wins on a single card, set in 2013 at Northville Downs.
