Eight Ten Eom (Western Ideal) paced by the favorite in the stretch to record his second consecutive win at Saratoga on Wednesday night.
Wally Hennessey piloted the four year old pacer for leading conditioner Melissa Beckwith and moved Eight Ten Eom first over approaching 1-5 favorite Krusty The Clown (Billy Dobson) before getting by to win it in 1:57.
The win in the $5,885 conditional-claimer was the second straight for the pacer who had been winless on the year before rattling off the back to back jacks. Longshot Bullville Kyle (Stephane Bouchard) closed for second while Krusty The Clown had to settle for third.
Live racing resumes on Friday night at Saratoga with first post time set for 6:45pm.
