They may be racing in the snow Sunday at Dover Downs
DOVER, Del. ---- Thetruthaboutdavid, the only three-year-old in the field of nine, leads the Delaware $9,500 3,4&5-Year-Old Male pace on the first Sunday in March at Dover Downs on March 2.

George Teague's Thetruthaboutdavid, who did not start at two, has a pair of wins and two seconds in his five lifetime starts for Montrell Teague. In his first start since arriving from Canada, Joe Hundertpfund's White Sportscoat and Ron Pierce is seeking his first U.S. win. Frank Bianci and trainer Ursula Berndt's DVC Jazzy Jolt, driven by Ross Wolfenden, should benefit from an inside post. Ben Stafford's Maximum Terror makes his first start after an excellent qualifying mile.

Ron Short's Martz Creek Perry leaves from post 1 with Tony Morgan. Trainer Lauren Allen's On The Horizon will have the services of Vic Kirby. The rest of the starters are Gary Simpson's Dreamfair Epic teamed with George Dennis, Jim Jestice's Outstanding Effort and Allan Davis along with Ellen Warren and Eileen Lineweaver's Hickory Again piloted by Trace Tetrick. .

Sunday post time is 5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; post time is 4:30 p.m. Each Friday and Saturday, the track will be dark for racing. On Sunday, races begin at 5:30 p.m.

For those planning to watch racing and dine in the Winner's Circle Restaurant, reservations are suggested. Call 302-674-4600. There is no charge for parking or admission at Dover Downs. Daily simulcasting of harness and thoroughbred racing daily begins 12 Noon until 12 Midnight.
