With four wins at Vincennes on Prix d'Amerique day on a tough day of handicapping, we can be pleased with the effort in France, and this weekend's features at the Temple du Trot look pretty straight forward.

As predicted the V75 last week was a tough one to pick and so it turned out with only three of our selections coming in. This week is no easier I'm afraid, in this the off season in Sweden.

V75-1 Silver division 1640m: Last start Art On Line (2) has the draw to get to the front early and dominate.Mikko Aho's gelding looks an anchor here. Selection 2

V75-2 Klass II 2140m: Joakim Lovgren's Largo Launcher (4) is a real improver, with two wins and a second in his last three starts. The gelding also has the draw to get to the lead early and looks set to continue his good current form. Selection 4

V75-3 Arvid Stjernswärds Minne (Gold) 2140m: Lars I Nilsson's Dreams Take Time (1) and Flemming Jensen's O'Grady (2) have the good draws and the form to fight this out. Group one winner Dreams Take Time is a future star, so is first pick. Selection 1 (2)

V75-4 Fyaaringslopp (4YO) 2140m: Bjorn Goop's Reckless (5) and Helena Burman's Claudius.F. (6) are the form horses in this with Reckless the first choice. Selection 5 (6)

V75-5 Mares race 2140m: There is little between Timo Nurmos' Panama As (1) and Lutfi Kolgjini's Sahara Fairytale (13), except for the draw while Deli Deli (8) with a new driver Johan Untersteiner could be one for longer odds. Selections 1-13-8

V75-6 Klass I 2640m: The rising classes are always tricky so it is best to go wide here with Vivo Per Le (1), Somar Brodde (9), Finish Future (10), Kemas Magic (11) and Elmer Gold (5). Selection 1-9-10-11-5

V75-7 Bronze Division 2140m: Petri Puro's Vasterbowonthenews (2) will be favourite to win here with Johnny Takter in the bike but there will be some stiff competition from the likes of Bjorn Goop's Twitter (6), Lutfi Kolgjini's VIci Lane (1) and Peter Untersteiner's Perfect Power (10). Go wide. Selection 2-6-1-10

Saturday, R3 Prix Paul Viel (G2) 2175m: The big three in this 3YO Group two race for males are the Philippe Allaire's two Ready Cash colts Brillantissime (10), Bird Parker (8) and Franck Anne's imposing son of Cygnus d'Odyssee Bolide de Gueron (9). They should be the first three home, probably in that order. Selection 10

Saturday, R7 Prix Roquepine (G2) 2175m: Sebastien Guarato's Billie de Montfort (12) flew home just too late to catch Be My Girl in her last race and suffered her first defeat. Those are the best two fillies in this crop and there is only one lining up in this 3YO Group two race for females, so hop on Billie de Montfort although the price won't be big. Selection 12

Sunday, R6 Prix de l'Ile-De-France (G1) 2175m: Roxane Griff (8) was brilliant in the Prix de Cornulier and then a gallant fourth in the Prix d'Amerique. Sebastian Guarato has his champion mare at the top of her game and she should win here too. Veteran Quarry Bay (7) is her biggest rival and this looks a logical trifecta. Selection 8.

TOTAL COMBINATIONS 60 - Cost $5, +1 alternate $10, + 2 alternate $20
