"Mister Presley is the perfect Menangle horse, he goes around every week giving his all and what makes it even better is that he is a lovely horse to have around the place and is a pleasure to train," Walsh said.
"He isn't the sort of horse that can make his own luck especially in this grade and he is going to need some speed on in the race but with a horse like Suave Stuey Lombo drawn outside them there should be plenty of pace from that start."
Walsh has confirmed that he will be nominating Mister Presley for next year's Inter Dominion series in Sydney but is realistic about his chances.
"I think he has a good Saturday race in him but I am a realist and while it would be great to get into races like the Inter Dominion and the Miracle Mile I think he might be just one notch below the best ones but I will definitely be giving him the opportunity to get into races like that."
Walsh will also be taking Dodge The Bullet and Murphy Maguire to Menangle on Saturday night and the stablemates are scheduled to compete in race seven.
"Dodge The Bullet is just an unlucky horse, he was drawing poorly in his races and having no luck and then he finally drew well and things didn't go his way, I thought he raced really well on Saturday and he is in his right grade this week."
"Murphy Maguire has been a tad disappointing but some horses adapt to racing at Menangle very quickly and others take a few runs to be accustomed to the racing pattern and I definitely think he is one of those type of horses, I've pulled some blood on him earlier this week and I will see what the results are."
