Burke added that What The Hill underwent throat surgery early on Monday morning and the colt is now "50-50" to race in the Zweig Memorial on Aug.18 at Vernon Downs.

Just an opinion
Watching the replay several times and the real cause looks to be Devious Man pushing in on Guardian Angel causing What The Hill to check Guardian Angel. Also Perfect Spirit ran out in the straight helping to exact the interference. Victor Gio looks to have checked International Man and no action was taken.
This is just this writer's opinion. You be the judge and watch the following video several times.
