Post one was where it started and that’s where the 5.7/1 Handsome Brad (6m Brad de Veluwe-Ulrica M- Red Xing) finished as Carl Johan Jepson put this harness racing winner on the front throughout and the Ulf Stenstromer trainee was a length the best on the line in the Copenhagen Cup timed in 1.11.4kr.

The victory was Brad’s 12th career win in 45 starts now for 3,487,543dkr earned for this Menhammar Copenhagen Cup 2019 winner (purse 375,000dkr to the winner, 2011 meters autostart, 10 starts in this Gr. I UET Masters Series event).

Cyber Lane (6g Raja Mirchi-Sybaris Hanover-Cantab Hall) was second for trainer/driver Johan Untersteiner and 36/1 Generaal Bianco (6g Ufo Kievitshof-Zaskia Fortuna-Coktail Jet) took the third check for reinsman and trainer Peter Untersteiner.

Earlier in the exciting, well-attended program was the Scarlet Knight Open (75,000dkr to the winner, 1600 meters autostart) and 15/1 odds veteran O Grady (13m SJs Photo-Dawn Garbo-Smasker) toughed out a victory timed in 1.10.8kr with Kaspar K. Anderson the pilot for owner/trainer Torben Horgaard.
