CHESTER, Pa. -- Management at Harrah's Philadelphia has announced that the program of racing scheduled for Thursday afternoon (Dec. 17) has been canceled as a result of continued inclement winter weather in the Philadelphia region.
Live racing is scheduled to return to Harrah's Philadelphia on Friday (Dec. 18), with a carryover of $11,291.69 in the fifth-race Jackpot Hi-5. First post is 12:25 p.m. EST.
