Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued a charge against Gaita Pullicino under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 187(3) alleging that during a stable inspection on 19 May 2017, at the registered training establishment of Andrew Jordan, Mrs Pullicino failed to comply with a direction given by Stewards for her to remain on the property to enable Stewards to conduct enquiries.
HRV Stewards have also issued a charge under AHRR 187(2) alleging Mrs Pullicino, during a further stable inspection on 22 May 2017, failed to produce a piece of equipment, namely her mobile phone, for forensic examination.
HRV Stewards issued a further charge under AHRR 91(1) alleging Mrs Pullicino carried on activities regulated by licence, despite not being the holder of a current licence.
The charge will be heard by the HRV Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board on a date to be fixed.
