A ruling release dby the Ontario Racing Commission today has reinforced a six-month suspension and $5,000 fine handed down to reinsman Trevor Henry after an appeal hearing this week.

The penalties arose after Henry's drive, Lord Luck, was found to have cuts on his sheath after the race and Grand Rivers on July 11, and finish photos showed the whip was illegally lodged between the horse's hind legs.

Henrys will also be on two years probation at the end of his 60-day suspension.
