The annual harness racing classic Janos Brody Memorial (purse 1,500,000Huf, 1960 meters distance handicap) went to Adriana Asti (5f Frullino Jet-Cameron Diaz-Baltic Speed) reined by her trainer Valjko Mazsity timed in 1.16.7kr for owner Hico.
She won in her first 2021 start. The 20-meter handicapped Unno del Duomo (8m Ganymede-Irma del Duomo-Lemon Dra) led the way until late in the lane with Sandor Kolozsi up for trainer Dora Kovacs. Another 20-meter handicapper performer was third, that being Alexander U.R. (7g Infinitf-Hoity Toity Face-Egon Lavec) reined by Lajos Marton for trainer Jozsef Rutkai. He was third last year as well.
The 2020 edition went to Vital RG (6m SJs Photo-Vitesse OR) in 1.18.5kr and the race record was set in 2016 by Wiss Shadow (9g Goetmals Wood-Wiss Favourite) and pilot Viktoria Nemeth.

The Tavaszi Handicap (purse 1,000,000Huf, 1960 meters) was the second feature on this program and victory was preserved by the pacesetting Zselnive (6f Miguel Duhamel-Javorfa) in 1.21.0kr with trainer Imre Dome aboard.
She won for the first time in four 2021 starts. Overnight (13g Jonas Laukko) was a narrow missed second for Sandor Varga and third went to White Plains (8g Anderberg) for Laszlo Kolozsi. Last year’s Tavaszi went to Usain (7g Medic Hanover) in 1.20kr and the race record of 1.18.4kr was set by Lezer (8f Baltic Bet) in 2012.

On the undercard, the Ivisa Sun DIJ (purse 600,000Huf, 1900 meters autostart) went to San Siro (5m Lucky Boy-Simonica) timed in 1.16.4kr. Antun Horvatski was at the lines for trainer Janos Borbely. Driver Horvatski owns the winner that scored in his first start in Hungary. He showed two wins and three second in his last five outings in Szerbia. On the card trainer Imre Fazekas piloted two winners. Bozony Am (4g SJs Photo-Nana) was victorious in 1.21.9kr and Bemji (4m Cigar Dan-Hilves) scored on 1.21.1kr.
