CHARLOTTETOWN, PE – Sticking his nose in the front from the start, Lisburn saw no challenges on his way to a scorching harness racing victory in the Saturday evening feature at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.
In line to trainer Kenny Arsenault in the $2,900 featured pace, Lisburn was launched to the lead and sauntered through fractions of 29.1 and 57.1 before cranking up the tempo to hit three-quarters in 1:25.3. Lisburn then closed out his five-length victory in 1:53.4 for one of the fastest miles ever seen in July in the history of the half-mile capital oval.
