Gippsland harness racing horseman Michael Hughes captured another feature race when Cruisin Around scored a narrow win in The Holmfield at Tabcorp Park Melton last Friday night.
Cruisin Around led throughout and held off a determined challenge from Sundons Courage in the closing stages to win the $30,325 race by a head.
A winner of eight races from 18 starts, Cruisin Around is likely to be aimed at further feature events over Winter.
