A total of 17 three-year-old pacing colts and geldings have entered the eliminations for the Meadowlands Pace. There will be two prelimary divsions this Saturday with the top five official finishers from each event returning for the final on Saturday, July 12.

The Meadowlands is pleased to announce its wagering format for Meadowlands Pace Night. With a 14-race program anticipated, the wagering format will be as follows:
$30,000 Guaranteed $.50 Cent Pick 5 (Races 1 - 5)
$50,000 Guaranteed $.50 Cent Pick 4 (Races 3 - 6)
$100,000 Guaranteed $.50 Cent Pick 4 (Races 6 - 9)
$50,000 Guaranteed $.50 Cent Pick 4 (Races 9 - 12)
$.10 cent superfectas offered on all races.
Daily Double on the first two and last two races.
$1 Pick 3 on all races that do not begin a Pick 4 or Pick 5.
The Meadowlands Pace will be carded as the 9th race, with a post time of 9:39 P.M. The Meadowlands Pace will end one pick four sequence, while simultaneously starting another. The William Haughton Memorial will go postward as the 8th race, with post time at 9:03 P.M. Both races will be shown live on the nationally televised broadcast on CBS Sports Network.
The Meadowlands would also like to remind everyone that post time for Meadowlands Pace night (July 12th) is 6:30 P.M. Additionally, Meadowlands Pace elimination night (July 5th) will also carry a post time of 6:30 P.M. On elimination night, there will be a fireworks show shortly after the conclusion of the last race, which is likely to conclude around 10:40 P.M.
