DOVER, Del. ---- Four sharp young female pacers, led by Ms Caila J Fra, tangle in the Monday, Dec.2 $21,000 Filly and Mare Open Handicap at Dover Downs. Post time is 4:30 p.m.

The Fra Stable's Ms Caila J Fra, reined by Andy Miller, drops down from a pair of seconds in Matron events to meet Spend It All, an enterprising three-year-old seeks her fifth consecutive victory, with Jim Morand at the controls. Owned by Brooke Givens and Steve Head, she has already made the winner's circle 14 times this season. Two other contenders, Jeremes Sweetheart, driven by Ron Pierce for owners Ken Wood, Bill Dittmar and Steve Iaquinta, and Montrell Teague-driven Timmylynn, owned by Rich Crammer, trainer Bobby Reeser and Black Dog Racing, are fresh from impressive front-end victories last time out.

Newcomer KDM Stable's Miss Annie J with Corey Callahan driving, makes her first local start and leaves from the rail. Ash LaRue, owned by Vernon Canon and Jeff and David Clark is driven by George Dennis. Bill Emmons' I Know Nothing is another invader from Yonkers and will be driven by Tony Morgan. Ted Gewertz, Fannin Racing and George Teague Inc.'s Yagonnakissmeornot has been racing well for Montrell Teague and drew post 8 while Sir Lehigh Z Tam, starts from the second tier for driver Vic Kirby and owners Pat Lachance, Ira Rosenblum and M&M Racing.

Monday through Thursday, post time is 4:30 p.m. There is no live racing on Friday and Saturday. Sunday racing begins at 5:30 p.m.
