CHESTER, Pa. -- Due to the winter storm forecast for the Philadelphia region, Wednesday's (Dec. 16) races at Harrah's Philadelphia have been canceled.
Live harness racing is scheduled to return to Harrah's Philadelphia on Thursday (Dec. 17); post time is 12:25 p.m. EST.
