The pedigree of the winner is one of the best in Europe. Dam Rebelle, a winner of US$100,225) is a 2005 daughter of Defi d’Aunou (Armbro Goal-Nesmile) and Island Dream (Coktail Jet-Bambina), she dam of Infinitif (US$750,093) by Pine Chip, Viva Island (US$374,815) by Goetmals Wood and Not Disturb (US$373,948) by Defi d’Aunou. Infinitif has proven to be a useful sire, despite small books in a variety of countries, including Monday night’s Ontario Sires Gold 1:54.4s winner at Mohawk (last quarter :27.4), Don’t Rush (3m Infinitif-Color Me Pretty-Muscles Yankee) trainer by part-owner R. Dustin Jones.
