Bitobliss (Scott Stewart) - winning the 2011 Legends Mile

There has been no decision on any early invitations to the SEW-Eurodrive Miracle Mile after the running of the New Zealand Cup. With the somewhat surprise relegation of Smoken Up into second place by Terror To Love, the result only threw up more harness racing conjecture.

With Victoria demanding an invitation for Bitobliss, New Zealand certainly want to see their newest star Terror To Love contest the southern hemisphere's greatest speed test.

A direct flight into Sydney from Western Australia may just be the answer for an invitation to be extended to Im Themightyquinn as well.

With Raglan assured of a start after its win in the Western Suburbs Leagues Club Newcastle Mile and the winners of the Coca-Cola Amatil and Cordina Sprints also guaranteed a start, positions in the elite eight horse field will be very hard to come by.

The NSWHRC Directors have the discretion to issue early invitations to the connections of horses to contest the Miracle Mile but this prerogative expires this Saturday.
