The Ontario Racing Commission has ordered all Ontario tracks to accept entries owned by Aubrey Friedman for Ontario sired events for which they meet the qualifying standards and conditions.

The ORC panel ruled on June 6 that all Ontario tracks, including the Woodbine Entertainment Group, must accept Friedman's horses Yorkys Girl and Hare In Motion, as well as his two-year-olds.

The hearing of this matter is scheduled for July 25, 2007 and will continue on July 26 if necessary.

WEG had previously refused to accept entries and nominations for Friedman's horses after three horses owned by him tested positive for the Class 1 drug erythropoietin, commonly known as EPO.
