March 4, 2017 – Today’s Kincsem Park harness racing featured Tavaszi Handicap (purse 1,100,000Huf, 1960 meters distance handicap) went to the Ferenc Nagy II trained and driven Ordog Hegeduse (9g Medic Hanover-Dallam-Magnas), pictured below. Timed in 1.19.2kr, the winner defeated two 20 meters handicapped rivals. Finishing second was Working Out (8m Muscles Yankee-Enjoy Our Nanny-Enjoy Lavec) reined by trainer Csaba Lakatos and third was Bezique Va Bene (5f Diablo Va Bene-Bezique Hanover-American Winner) for trainer/driver Tibor Hajnal.
The undercard included the Ezego DIJ (purse 600,000Huf, 1800 meters autostart) and favorite Sanger Ms (7g Victory Scream-Samba Ms-Armbro Goal) scored in 1.18.2kr for trainer/driver Balazs Juhasz. Saron (6g Huxtable Hornline-Malesana Jet-Bourbon) finished second for Tibor Hajnal, also trainer, and third was Speedy Boy (6g Wall Street Banker-Vas Lady-Endless Sands) reined by Veljko Mazsity, also the trainer. Earlier in the program was the Joker DIJ (purse 400,000Huf, 1900 meters autostart) and the 1.19.2kr winner was Timoteo (5m Abano As-Ghirlanda As-Diamond Way) handled by trainer Mazsity. Unika Vik (4f Cantab Hall-Nashville OM-Uronometro) took second for Balazs Juhasz and third was the Tibor Hajnal trained and reined Samuel Becket AT (5m Diablo Va Bene-Simb Lorriekeet-Pearsall Hanover).
At Kalmar (SWE) on V75 program the Gold Division (150,000SEK to the winner, 1640 meters autostart) went to 6.2/1 Vasterboonthenews (9g Credit Winner-Sandra Dime-Alf Palema) driven by Carl Johan Jepson for trainer Patrik Sodenvall, timed in 1.11.6kr in a close finished. 7.3/1 veteran Spring Erom (12m Gentle Star-Springflickan-Prince Mystic) landed the second spot for Christoffer Eriksson and trainer Dan Widegren. 35/1 Attack Daiblo was third for Peter Untersteiner. Favorite Royal Fighter was a dq and Art On Line was unplaced.
