This Sunday’s APG Brisbane Sale combines the best bred yearlings available for sale in Queensland with the best earning opportunities of any standardbred sale in Australia.

Buyers that purchase a QBred yearling on Sunday and sustain it for the APG Race Series will be eligible for:

• A $10,000 QBred cash bonus for their filly’s first 2yo win in Queensland, or $5,000 for their colt or gelding’s first 2yo win in Queensland (both sexes are also eligible for a further $5,000 QBred bonus for their first 3yo win and $3,000 for their first 4yo win in Queensland);

• An APG Gold Bonus Certificate for their horse’s first 2yo win which can be redeemed at a future APG Sale for $2,000 off the price of a colt or $4,000 off the price of a filly;

• The right to compete in APG’s million dollar race series, featuring $10,000 heats, $30,000 Semi Finals, $322,000 Finals and $50,000 Consolation Finals;

• In the event that your horse does not contest the $322,000 Final of the main Race Series (although you may contest the heats, semis and consolation final), you will be eligible to qualify for a special $80,000 Sales Race exclusively for APG Brisbane Sale Graduates.

APG’s Brisbane Sale features only 51 lots, and one of those lots is guaranteed to win the $80,000 Brisbane Sales Race.

With so many earning opportunities available, owners and trainers in all states throughout Australia would be well advised to have a good hard look through APG’s Brisbane Sales Catalogue which features close relations to horses of the quality of Abbey Tiara, Catwalk Beauty, Fake Left, Gold Liner, Good Looking Girl, Lively Royce, Majestic Mach, Rhapsody In Red, Safari and Victree Bonita, to name but a few.

Interstate owners and trainers that are unable to make it to the sales, but who are interested in bidding on particular lots, should contact APG as quickly as possible on (03) 5275 1999 to organise any paperwork necessary to allow them to bid by phone on sales day.

The Sale commences at 11am at Albion Park, this Sunday, 16 February, but buyers are encouraged to come early to view the yearling parade which will take place around 10am. Bar facilities will also be available from 10am.
