Third was another Goop trainee, 1.3/1 I Love Paris (7f Steinlager-Maris Dulcinea) that Morton Gunnar owns and Pierre Vercruysse was the pilot.
Trophee Vert action also continued Sunday at Bernais with the Prix du Centre le Clerc Menneval (purse €45,000, 2800 meters, 18 starters on the turf). The 3/2 favorite Tresor Wic finished eighth for Anthony Barrier, opening the way for 7.5/1 Bingo d’Attaque (6m Pomerol de Laumac-Lady de la Roche) to score for Gabriel Gelormini timed in 1.20.1kr before a good crowd. 13/1 All Feeling (7m Otello Pierji-Quelle Cerencaise) was second and 14/1 Viola Ecus (8g Korean-Iffrida) took the third spot.
This day racing in Germany was at Berlin, Gelsenkirchen and Karlsruhe. At Berlin legendary Heinz Wewering teamed his trainee Impulsiv (5g Muscles Yankee-L’Amka) to victory. At Gelsenkirchen Ivy Corner (5f Love You-Indira Corner) was victorious for trainer Wolfgang Nimczyk and amateur pilot Thomas Maasen. The sister to this winner is racing competitively in the US for Jesmeral Stable.
