Trainer Jean Michel Bazire teamed the winner clocked in 1.14.2kr over the stated distance to his second win in France.
The Norwegian owned trotteur now has career earnings of 194,734€. The 25-meter handicapped and 2.1/1 second choice Classic Connection (5m Love You-Crys Dream) raced superbly and was second beaten three lengths with owner Jean Pierre Dubois up for trained Yves Boireau. The 15/1 odds and 25-meter handicapped Tinamo Jet (7m Naglo-Iitvania Jet) took third for Eric Raffin and trainer Franck Leblanc.
On September 9 at Vincennes the emerging mare Fleche du Vucca (4f Prodigious-Vincenza) scored again timed in 1.15.1kr with Jean Philippe Dubois aboard.
