Quite A Moment caused one of the upsets of the day when she reeled in Blitzthemcalder in thefinal for three-year-old trotters.
It was a stunning performance to loom up outside the odds-on favourite after having a cushy run thanks to another brilliantdrive.
Blitzthemcalder, who trotted strongly the whole way, looked to steal a march down the back however both Our Dreamlover and Quite A Moment loomed up ominously as they turned the corner.
Blitzthemcalder did find however but Quite A Moment kept lifting on the outside and got the upper hand late.
The margins were two metres by eight metres in a mile rate of 1:59.9.
Greg Sugars again spoke to Rob Auber following the race and he explained what it meant to take care of the horse while she is in Australia.
"It was a huge win, she's been over since the week before the Derby and she's been a pleasure to deal with. We've met such wonderful people through her that i'm sure they'll be lifelong friends," Sugars said.
"With such a good horse like Blitzthemcalder i thought he would find but i just kept coming and go him on the line.
"We were really pleased with her runs against him in New Zealand and her run in the Derby behind him she was coming on the line so we knew she'd be around the mark.
"Realistically we thought coming into the race we were a place best chance but the fact he did everything right and we've come over the top of him we just couldn't imagine that in our wildest dreams."
