Yesterday rumors and writings appeared (starting with an article in Sweden) regarding Ready Cash racing in the USA in summer 2014 and breeding USA mares.

Subsequently, on Tuesday evening, Philippe Allaire stated to French turf writers that (French to English translation)

"We were asked by the Americans to do breeding, Allaire said. "There is a broker who asked a question to see if we were interested to sell frozen semen of Ready Cash (50 mares, with a 5-year contract). It is in Lexington, Kentucky.

"The horse must be sent there," Allaire explained. "The semen will be taken and frozen by Equitechnique that has an office in Kentucky. They then would collect there, but we need the horse to be there a minimum of four weeks between mid-September and mid-October. And in Kentucky, perhaps Americans would see the horse on the track, but not racing. Ready Cash was not staked (commitments were due March 15 )."

It was further reported that no decision has been made as of this date if Ready Cash will come to the USA.
