Burwood Stud’s flagship stallion, the former Kiwi superstar Changeover, took the siring honours at the Rangiora, New Zealand meeting on Sunday (May 23) with a winning treble.
His winners were Dalness First (1:58.5), Pete’s Dash (1:59.3) and Jimmy Arma.
Changeover was also represented by winners in three different Australian states last week.
Which Hunt, a four-year-old mare, came from last to win in a career-best 1:55.9 at Albion Park, Jaccka Ted NZ completed a hat trick with a 1:55.7 effort at Globe Derby Park,Stirrup Iron Jack won on debut in 1:57.9 at Bunbury, while Aqua Cruiser notched his 12th lifetime success at Redcliffe.
Changeover has already left 48 winners in Australia and 40 in NZ this season.
