Last Sunday's Grand Criterium de Vitesse winner, Univers de Pan, will soon begin his initial season at stud at Haras du Prieure while also racing.

Trainer Philippe Daugeard will point his pupil, a beautiful and great gaited son of Kenya du Pont, toward the April 19 Prix de l'Atlantique at Enghien and will consider Sweden's Olympiatravet, the Oslo Grand Prix and Kymi Grand Prix albeit they may represent tight scheduling difficulties. Daugeard commented that his first concern is the horse, and having him fresh and ready for the next winter meet at Paris-Vincennes.
