Repay Merci (4m Offshore Dream-News From Heaven) took today's Energima Cup Final for trainer/driver Knud Monster at Oslo.

The Denmark-bred campaigner recorded his third 2014 win in 11 starts to earn the winners' prize of 200,000 krone. Time for the 1609 meter autostart contest was 1.11.5kr.

Market Share's half-brother, Broadway Legs, battled bravely for trainer/driver Frode Hamre to hold second from the death seat with Bret Boko third for Jorma Kontio. The winners' dam is quite a producer, with three foals already winners of over US$100,000 (by Norvelous Hanover, Pine Chip and Offshore Dream) and a 2012 foal by Ready Cash in the waiting area. The dam, News From Heaven, was a major winner of over US$326,000, including the Norsk Trav Derby and third in the Forus Open.

The four year-old elite, over 1609 meters autostart, for 200,000 krone to the winner, went to improving Rue du Bac (4m Infinitif-Ici-Diamond Way) and reinsman Roberto Andreghetti for Fabrice Souloy trainer.

He was an easy winner in a quick 1.10kr after taking over from leader Alizea du Kastel (4f Quaker Jet-Kalida Jet-Extreme Dream) handled by Bjorn Goop for trainer Emmanuel Allard. Tumble Dust (4m Crazed-Affinity-Victory Dream) overcame post 10 to rally three wide for third with Single Sock fourth for Per Oleg Midtfjeld.
