Repelem heads SA entries for Inters

Repelem - Is one of 128 horses that has been nominated for the Interdominions.
From a date in the breeding barn to Inter-dominion campaign that's the fate that South Australian owned mare Repelem is looking at.

The top class mare is now trained in Sydney by Peter Walsh but owned by HRSA Chairman Mark Carey

From four starts in less than a month under Walsh's care the Dream Away mare has notched 2 wins a third and a fourth place in the Group 2 Smoken Up Final, Repelem's added more than $30,000 in prizemoney, and has now exceeded over $250,000 in stake money.

Repelem's 40 wins from 74 starts including wins in the Jodie's Babe Classic and Ian Duff Memorial at Melton

Repelem was formerly raced on lease in SA with the Hryhorec family, and was set to be retired to stud before owner Mark Carey decided to give her another campaign in Sydney under Walsh's care.

South Australia's other nomination is Mark Dennis from the Lance Holberton stable who has won four races since relocating to South Australia, another former local Glengowan, who won the 2011 SA Derby, is also among nominations.

The Inter-dominion series commences on February 15 with heats to be run across Australia at Melton, Albion Park, Gloucester Park and Menangle and Addington in New Zealand.
