Veteran Rire Mutin took today’s Gr. III Prix de Joinville le Pont, the 80,000€ 2925 meter European event at Cagnes sur mer. Edouard Coubard-Meunier reined and trains the winner of 481,800€ who recorded his 16th career win. The 25/1 longshot scored over favorite Talicia Bella driven by Anthony Barrier for Ecurie J-P Marmion.

Also on the Enghien card was the Prix de Montsalvy for three year-old females and Ready Cash offspring ended 1-3 with the win going to favorite Bety du Goutier and trainer/driver Thierry Duvaldestin. She took winners’ share of the 38,000€ purse. She’s from a Love You dam, as is third place finisher Bliss Nevele that Philippe Allaire trains. Another nice filly, Babylone Seven, was second for trainer/driver J-M Bazire.
